This delightful apartment is located in an attractive building in the pretty village of Les Allues. It has stunning views of the surrounding mountains which are absolutely beautiful all year round. Whilst this village is most well-known as a ski base it is a genuine mountain farming village and is exceptionally lovely in the summer and a great base for walkers and cyclists as well as skiers.
The apartment is within walking distance of the village centre which makes it a great base from which to enjoy the local bars and restaurants.

The apartment is situated in an attractive, well maintained building with your own ski locker. Enter into a small hall with hanging space; from here you enter into a pretty living area with everything you need, a comfy living area, decent sized dining area and kitchenette. The living area leads directly onto a balcony large enough for dining in the mountain sunshine. There are also two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, and finally a cute bunk room. The bathroom has a full bath, with shower, and there is a separate wc.

The apartment has been well built and finished, the decor is both practical yet Savoyard and charming. The views are really lovely and the balcony gets the morning and afternoon sun in the winter which is perfect for early pre-ski coffee and after a good day on the slopes some aperitifs!

At the moment the apartment provides a good rental income for the owner with peak week prices reaching £1650 per week. It is in good condition and has been well maintained.

Les Allues is a very pretty farming village turned ski resort. It has retained its charm and authenticity and provides access in to the full Three Valleys ski area, the largest linked ski area in the world. It has some very attractive restaurants and bars and is a sociable and active village. If walking or cycling is more your bag then this is a great base to start from with all types of different levels of walks and rides available locally as well as many other mountain activities to enjoy.
