Set in the centre of a small village, and built around 1935 as a village school, this property is ideal for holding meetings and seminars. One of the conference rooms has a kitchen, and toilet / shower room designed for disabled access, and a store room for the equipment. The second conference room has toilets and hand sinks. Enter the first conference room (50m²) through one of the two large double glazed doors, there is several large windows to the rear of the room giving lots of light, the floor has a hard wearing, non-slip lino floor covering. To one side is a kitchen (10m²) with sink and extractor fan, several windows and door to outside. At the opposite end of the conference room is a large toilet and shower room (7.5m²) the floor and walls are tiled allowing for the open shower. At one end. A large window gives light. Next to this room is the store room (4.5m²), with a hot water tank, and non-slip lino flooring. Across one corner of the old playground is the second conference room, (48m²) this room is well lit and has two access doors. Below this room is a double garage.
