Nice ensemble of three houses and a Barn. One of the houses is immediately habitable. The other house is partially renovated but needs finishing off, and is attached to a big barn. The whole property offers many opportunities. This nice ensemble of buildings is located just 5 min away from Cheneraille and lies in between Aubusson ( 20 min) and Guéret (30 min). Limoges is 1.5 hours away.
The first house was built in 1828 (75 m2 living space) and is immediately habitable. On the ground floor there's a cosy living room/ kitchen with big fireplace and bread oven. On the first floor is the master bedroom, and also a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. On the second floor there is another bedroom (open area). All windows are double glazed and the roof is in good condition. The second house (50 m2 living area) is attached to a barn and has been renovated leaving only a little finishing off to do. There are around almost all administrative buildings, including the Palace of Justice and the city hall. The Thursday and Saturday market on Place du Marché Bonnyaud bring the city to life. Limoges international airport serves the area well with daily flights to several UK and other destinations
